Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restriction or refusal of future COD orders.
